- Online safety
- Office programs
- Managing money
- Finding a job
- Improving health
- Public services
- More internet skills (video calling, online shopping, social media etc.)
- HMRC support with: Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Tax PAYE, VAT, National Insurance.

Led by Greg Stenson from Citizens Advice Mid Mercia’s Gambling Support Service, this session will comprise of a 1 hour presentation, followed by a Q+A session. Content will include how to spot clients at risk of gambling whilst engaging in a conversation with regards to harmful gambling, short-term practical intervention strategies, and referral pathways for long-term specialist support.
