To make a one-off donation, click the button below (if you don’t have a PayPal account you will then need to select the ‘Donate with a Card’ option), or click here for other ways to donate. Don’t forget to fill out a Gift Aid form (if you are a UK taxpayer) and increase your donation by 25% without spending a penny extra!

To make a regular monthly donation and become a member of the Stronger South Derbyshire Regular Giving Fund, please read on!

In both cases, donations will be used to help us provide emergency food parcels, collect essential shopping, make friendly phone calls and support, older and other at risk people who are self-isolating, and who have no-one else to call on, to make sure they cope during and after the crisis.

Help local people in crisis during Covid 19 and beyond – become a Stronger South Derbyshire Regular Giving Fund member!

Goal thermometer1

To help us plan ahead and make sure we’re always there for local people in need, why not make a regular monthly donation and become a member of the Stronger South Derbyshire Regular Giving Fund?

We are extremely grateful to receive one-off donations at times of need, such as the coronavirus crisis. However, we support people in need all year round, and you might be surprised to know that not all of our services receive ongoing grant funding sufficient to cover the cost of running them – for our example, our Food Bank. Last year (2019) we gave out well over 1,000 food parcels and it is likely to be much higher this year due to the economic impact of the CV19 crisis.

A regular monthly donation together with Gift Aid where appropriate, means we can ensure that local people in crisis across South Derbyshire really do get the help they need, when they need it.

As a Stronger South Derbyshire Regular Giving Fund member, you will receive a membership certificate and special impact bulletins at least twice a year, detailing the support we’ve been able to provide to local people with the help of your regular donations.

Monthly donations of any amount are welcome. As an example, £5 will provide an emergency food parcel for a child for 1 day, £20 will feed a family for 3 days and £50 will feed a family for a week.

Our initial aim is to reach 500 members! Can you help?

There are just two steps to signing up – 1) set up a regular donation and 2) confirm your membership by filling out a short form.
